The AirTAC GFR600C20LJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This GFR600C20LJF2GK is the size 600 unit with a G3/4 port in G (BSPP) thread, the 40 um standard filter element and the differential-pressure drain, the default drain type for this series. The regulator is the low-pressure type and the unit carries an embedded square gauge reading in psi plus a reverse/check valve, so downstream pressure is held if the supply side drops. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR range runs from size 200 to 600, with port sizes stepping up from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with manual or automatic drain options, a 5 um filter element (code W), alternative gauge scales and G or NPT threads available as order options. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a paint line, where the 40 um element removes water and particulate ahead of the finish and the low-pressure regulator suits circuits that run well below standard line pressure.
Conditioning the air feeding cylinders and grippers on a carton packing or palletising conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit against pressure loss so partly completed machine cycles do not collapse when the supply dips.
Supplying a bank of directional control valves on a process or material-handling skid, where one size 600 filter regulator in G3/4 conditions the whole manifold and the square psi gauge gives operators a local downstream pressure reading.
The real choices in this series are decodable from the model code: size 200, 300, 400 or 600, which steps the port and the flow capacity; drain type, differential-pressure as the default, automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) where finer filtration is needed; gauge scale, MPa, psi or bar; thread, PT as the standard with G and NPT as order options; and bracket, included unless coded J. This unit is size 600 with a G3/4 G-thread port, low-pressure regulator type, square psi gauge, reverse/check valve fitted and no bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request, so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
K indicates that a reverse (check) valve is fitted, holding downstream pressure if the supply side drops. This unit also uses the differential-pressure drain, the default drain type for the GFR series; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available as order options on other configurations.
