The AirTAC GFR600C20LJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LJF2K is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is ported PT3/4 (3/4 in, PT thread as standard; G and NPT are order options). It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge with psi scale, and a reverse/check valve; no mounting bracket is fitted. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, plus options for 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and fixture cylinders on a machining fixture that hold at reduced pressure, with filtered air, low-pressure regulation and a local psi gauge for setup.
Point-of-use conditioning for a packaging line's actuator bank: water and 40 um particulate removed upstream of directional valves running at low regulated pressure.
Supplying low-pressure atomizing air to a spray or coating booth, with the reverse/check valve helping hold downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Size the unit by port and required flow: 600 is the largest GFR size, here with a 3/4 in PT port. Drain choices are differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); on standard units the regulation range differs by drain type, and this low-pressure type (L) has its own range, which we confirm on request. Filtration is 40 um standard, with 5 um (W) available where finer filtration is needed. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and brackets are optional (this unit has none, code J). Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR600 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this unit on request.
This GFR600 uses the low-pressure version of the regulator, intended for reduced downstream setpoints. The exact regulation range for the low-pressure type is not published in our material, so we confirm it on request; maximum inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
