The AirTAC GFR600C20MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MC1T is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, a standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR filter-regulator family, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) element, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use water removal and pressure setting for the pneumatic clamps, tool changers and chip-clearing jets on a CNC machining centre fed from a plant air ring main.
Filtered, regulated air for the pick-and-place cylinders and sealing actuators on a carton-forming and shrink-wrap packaging conveyor, with the manual drain bled at shift start.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding loom and winding-machine actuators in a textile plant, keeping condensate and pipe scale out of the machines while holding a steady set pressure.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the air demand of the line; this unit is the size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual drain (this unit) needs an operator to bleed the bowl, automatic drain bleeds itself, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Pick the 40 um standard element for general plant air or the 5 um W element for finer filtration, and choose the gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar - with the embedded square gauge as standard or the external round gauge as the option. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be included or omitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain, so condensate is bled from the bowl by an operator. The GFR family also offers an automatic drain (code A) and a differential-pressure drain as the default, and the regulation range differs by drain type: manual-drain units adjust from 0.05 MPa (7 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure units adjust from 0.15 MPa (20 psi), both up to 0.9 MPa (130 psi).
