The AirTAC GFR600C20MC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MC2W is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one body. This size-600 unit has a 3/4 in PT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two grades), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feeding paint spray guns on an automotive refinishing line, where the 5 um element helps keep water and grit out of the finish and the regulator holds a steady gun pressure.
Mounted at the drop feeding a CNC machining cell's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders, holding a stable regulated pressure while the aluminium bowl collects condensate emptied at shift checks.
Regulating filtered air to the cylinders and blow-off nozzles on a bottling or packaging conveyor, where the 3/4 in port supports higher-demand runs and the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line stops.
Size and port set the air capacity: this is the largest GFR size, with a 3/4 in PT port, suited to lines with substantial air demand - match the size step to your flow requirement and we will confirm the curve figures before you order. The 5 um element (code W) suits applications more sensitive to particulate than the 40 um standard. The manual drain (code M) needs periodic operation by an operator, unlike the automatic or differential-pressure options. The round gauge reads in psi (scale 2); an embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. PT thread is standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Code M specifies a manual drain, so condensate in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by hand at intervals. If you prefer unattended operation, differential-pressure (the default) and automatic-drain versions of the same GFR600 unit are available - ask us to quote the equivalent code.
