The AirTAC GFR600C20MC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MC3TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This 600-size unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy, a 40 um standard filter element, an external round gauge reading in bar, and a reverse/check valve. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for manual-drain versions; maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, filter grades of 40 um standard or 5 um (code W), a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, and embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At a paint booth, clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure feeds the spray guns. A filter regulator at each drop removes water and particulate and lets the line operator lock in the atomising pressure.
On a machining centre, air clamps and pallet lockers need a steady supply pressure to hold parts consistently. A filter regulator on the clamp circuit conditions the air and keeps the set pressure stable through the cycle.
On a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, cylinders and vacuum generators run off a conditioned air leg. A filter regulator upstream of the valve manifold strips condensate and dirt and sets the pressure the actuators were designed for.
Size and port step up with flow demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in; this unit sits at the top of the range with a 3/4 in NPT port. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs an operator to bleed the bowl, an automatic drain clears condensate continuously, and a differential-pressure drain discharges on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauges come as an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT to order, and a mounting bracket is included with this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code means the aluminium bowl is drained by hand: an operator opens the drain to bleed off collected condensate. That suits attended installations with light condensate loads. If the unit sits in an unattended corner of the plant, choose the automatic drain option (code A) so water is discharged continuously without anyone visiting the bowl.
