The AirTAC GFR600C20MC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MC3WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This size 600 configuration comes with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a round pressure gauge with bar scale, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread form (PT standard, with G and NPT as options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the compressed air feeding a CNC machining center's pneumatic valves and clamps: the 5 um element catches water and fine particles while the regulator holds a steady setting for the machine's air circuit.
Mounted at the air drop feeding a bottling line's conveyor stops and pusher cylinders, keeping condensate and debris out of the valves while holding the pressure setting the line was commissioned with.
A point-of-use filter regulator on an automotive assembly plant air drop, giving each workstation clean air and its own pressure setting independent of the header line.
Choose the size by port and flow duty: this is the largest GFR size (600) with a 3/4 in NPT port, while smaller sizes step down through 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer filtration than the 40 um standard. The manual drain means the bowl is drained by hand as part of routine checks; automatic and differential-pressure drains are the other published choices. The round gauge here reads in bar; an embedded square gauge and MPa, psi or bar scales are the alternative options. NPT is an order option - PT is the catalogue standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This configuration has a manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand as part of routine checks. The GFR series is also published with automatic and differential-pressure drains, and the 40 um standard element is available if the 5 um grade is finer than the application needs.
