The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4" PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2K is a 600-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in PT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), round external gauges, MPa/psi/bar gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of PT, and bracket variations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the pneumatic cylinders that drive filling, capping and rejection stations on a beverage bottling line, with the check valve holding actuator position during a supply dip.
Filtered and pressure-regulated air feeding tool-change clamps, air bearings and chip-clearing jets on a machining centre, protected from water and scale in the shop air ring main.
Stable regulated pressure for the diverters, stoppers and gate cylinders on a warehouse conveyor system, with the 40 um element keeping debris out of directional control valves.
Start with the port step: this unit is 3/4 in PT on the 600 frame, the largest GFR size, so size up to it when your line's flow demand sits beyond what a 300 or 400 unit serves - and confirm that against the published flow curves with us before ordering. Choose the drain to match the installation: manual drain (this unit) suits positions an operator can reach on a schedule; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit less accessible points. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the 5 um W variant where finer particulate removal matters. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is an option. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable alternatives, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for your application before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: accumulated water is released by hand when opened. Choose manual where the bowl is easy to reach on a maintenance round; choose an automatic or differential-pressure drain variant where the unit sits in an inaccessible position and condensate must be removed without operator attention.
