The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2WG is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point in a single body. This size 600 unit has a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain on the aluminum alloy bowl, and an embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator setting range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in drop feeding a machining cell, it strips water and fine particulate at 5 um and holds a steady set pressure to the cell's pneumatic valves and clamps, with the square gauge giving a local pressure readout.
On a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, the unit conditions the 3/4 in supply feeding cylinder and gripper circuits, keeping actuator pressure stable through the shift, with condensate emptied by hand at service time.
Ahead of spray guns in a finishing booth, the 5 um element and gauge-monitored regulated pressure give a clean, consistent air supply, with the manual drain emptied as part of routine booth housekeeping.
The real choices in this series are decodable from the code: the size step (200/300/400/600) sets the port and flow capacity, so step up where demand is high; the drain is manual (M) here, against automatic (A) and the default differential-pressure type; the W code selects the 5 um element over the 40 um standard; the gauge is the embedded square type reading psi, with an external round gauge and MPa or bar scales available; and thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G or NPT. A mounting bracket is included. Because rated flow is published only as curves, not a single number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size against the application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one number is quoted here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet figures and the correct size before you order.
This unit carries the M code, so condensate is emptied by hand from the aluminum alloy bowl, which suits attended installations with a regular service routine. The same series is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain. Note that the manual-drain version also allows regulation down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi), lower than the 0.15 MPa (20 psi) floor of the automatic and differential-pressure versions.
