The AirTAC GFR600C20MF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, the fine 5 um filtration grade (code W), a manual drain for the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the supply drops. At size 600 the metal bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard-type regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators at a body shop or OEM paint line, where the 5 um grade and a steady regulated pressure keep finish quality consistent from gun to gun.
Supplying the pneumatic cylinders and flap tuckers on end-of-line packaging conveyors, with the check valve holding cylinder position during brief plant-air dips.
Regulating and polishing the air feeding lab autosamplers, valve manifolds and small actuators, where the psi-reading gauge and fine 5 um element suit instrument-grade points.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) as your port and air demand grow; this unit sits at the top of the range with a 3/4 inch G-thread port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) when someone can bleed the bowl on a schedule, automatic where the unit is hard to reach, or the differential-pressure default. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um (this unit) where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this one reads psi), and the thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G or NPT. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is released by operating the drain by hand. It suits points someone visits routinely; for hard-to-reach installations, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variant instead. Note the manual-drain version also widens the regulator adjustment range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
