The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC1T is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation for a machining centre's pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air blow-off, keeping water and swarf-laden air out of the fixtures while holding a steady set pressure.
Conditioning the 3/4 in branch line that feeds grippers, pushers and stopper cylinders on a filling or cartoning line, so contaminants are drained off and actuator pressure stays consistent through the shift.
Regulating and cleaning the supply to a pneumatic valve and instrument air header in a process plant, where the manual drain suits a supervised installation checked during routine rounds.
Start with the port step: size 600 carries a 3/4 in port, the largest in the GFR range (200/300/400/600), so step up to it when your line's flow demand outgrows a 1/2 in unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Choose the drain to match how the unit will be serviced: this model has a manual drain (code M), while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the same size. The 40 um element fitted here is the standard grade; specify code W for the 5 um grade if finer filtration is needed. Gauge options include the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge on the MPa scale. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this model is ordered in NPT. A mounting bracket is optional (code J omits it).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number on the page. Tell us your application's air demand and port size, and we will confirm the flow and sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in GFR600C20MJC1T means the bowl drain is operated by hand: condensate collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain valve manually. If you would rather not drain the bowl by hand, the same GFR600 size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain, which is the default when no drain code is given.
