The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJC2 is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air at the 40 um standard grade, then regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration is built around 3/4 inch PT ports, a manual drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 inch up to 1 inch, and options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), different gauge scales, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for a machining cell: water and swarf-laden shop air is filtered and held at a set pressure before it reaches tool-change cylinders and work-holding clamps, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the machine.
A 3/4 inch main feeding pneumatic cylinders and stoppers on a carton-sealing or palletising conveyor line, where the filter section protects the actuators from condensate and the regulator keeps stroke speed consistent across the shift.
Installed upstream of a solenoid valve manifold on an assembly line, conditioning the air before it reaches the valves: particulate and water are stripped out at 40 um and pressure is regulated to the level the manifold and downstream cylinders were specified for.
Start with size and port: the 600 size with 3/4 inch PT ports is the largest step in the GFR range, so match it against the air demand of the line it feeds - if your demand sits closer to 1/2 inch or below, a smaller GFR size may be the better fit. Choose the drain to suit access: this unit has a manual drain, which needs periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same family. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W option for a 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread type (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket inclusion are all decodable choices. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow data as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: accumulated condensate in the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals you set based on humidity and usage. If you would rather not do that, the same GFR600 family is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank), which can be selected instead when ordering.
