The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJC2K is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the 600 size with a PT3/4 port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain, an aluminium alloy bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in check (reverse-flow) valve. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for a machine tool's pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and actuators, with the outlet pressure set once at the regulator and condensate drained by hand at shutdown.
Feeding sealers, diverters and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, keeping shop-air moisture and pipe scale out of the directional valves while holding a stable set pressure downstream.
Delivering clean, moisture-reduced atomizing air to paint spray guns at a fixed regulator setting, with the manual drain emptied between shifts to keep water out of the finish.
The real choices within GFR are the size and port step (200 through 600; match the port to your line and the flow your application needs), the drain type (manual, automatic, or differential-pressure), the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), the gauge style and scale (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT standard here; G and NPT are order options), the mounting bracket, and the check valve (K). This unit is the 600 size, PT3/4, manual drain, 40 um filtration, round psi gauge, check valve fitted, no bracket.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate is emptied by hand. The manual-drain version also carries the wider regulating range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), versus 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains. The same GFR family offers automatic and differential-pressure drains if you prefer unattended draining.
