The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2T is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has 3/4 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl (size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy), and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with this manual-drain version, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and setting supply pressure for the air feeds serving spray guns and air-assisted applicators on an automotive paint line, where a 3/4 in main drop feeds multiple stations.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding pneumatic pushers and stopper cylinders along a bottling hall conveyor, with the round psi gauge letting line staff check set pressure at a glance.
Conditioning the shop-air drop that powers clamps, tool-change cylinders and air blast on CNC machining cells, with a manual drain for end-of-shift bowl purging.
Start with the size and port: 200/300/400/600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this 600 unit carries 3/4 in NPT ports, so match it to the line size and the air demand of the circuit. Then choose the drain: manual (this unit, with the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa regulation range), automatic, or differential-pressure. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this code carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT available to order; this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional, and this code is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and line conditions and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain on the bowl, which you open by hand to purge collected water. On GFR units with manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), wider than the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range of the automatic and differential-pressure drain versions. If you prefer hands-off draining, ask for the A (automatic) or blank (differential-pressure) code instead.
