The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC2TK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded 3/4 in NPT, uses the standard 40 um filter element, and has a manual drain on the bowl, so condensate is released when an operator opens the drain rather than automatically. The regulator is the standard type with a setpoint range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge reading in psi is fitted so the setpoint can be read directly. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in branch feeding a packaging machine's pneumatic actuators, it strips water and pipe-scale from the main supply and holds a stable regulated pressure to the valves and cylinders.
Mounted on the supply to air-driven conveyor clamp and stopper circuits, it cleans the incoming air to 40 um and lets the line crew set and read the working pressure on the psi gauge.
Fitted ahead of a workshop pneumatic press, the check valve holds the set pressure if the supply dips, the manual drain is bled at shift start, and the regulator sets the force the press delivers.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port sits at the high-flow end of the GFR range, so step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 ladder against the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe size alone. This unit has a manual drain: choose it where an operator can routinely bleed the bowl, and consider an automatic or differential-pressure drain where the unit is mounted in a hard-to-reach position. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) element where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are available instead. NPT is specified here, with G (BSPP) as the alternative order option and PT as the catalogue standard. A mounting bracket is not included with this code (J), and a reverse/check valve is fitted (K).
Because catalogue flow data is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released when the drain is opened by hand, which suits accessible mounting points on a regular maintenance round. If the unit will be hard to reach, the same GFR600 body can be ordered with an automatic drain (A) or the differential-pressure drain (blank) instead.
