The AirTAC GFR600C20MJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJC3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit is specified with a 3/4 in NPT port, 5 um filtration (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard element), a manual drain on the bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as options), drain type, filter grade and gauge. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/4 in shop-air drop feeding a CNC machining cell, it filters water and chips-scale particulate to 5 um and holds a set pressure for clamping and tool-change actuators.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a carton-forming and sealing line, it conditions the plant air and regulates it to the pressure the cylinder and valve stack were sized for.
Plumbed into the air feed of a paint-delivery and atomising skid, the 5 um element protects air-driven pumps and spray controls from condensate while the regulator holds a steady set pressure.
Size and port drive the choice: the 600 series with a 3/4 in NPT port suits lines where larger supply piping feeds the unit. Filter grade matters when downstream valves and cylinders are sensitive: 5 um (this unit, code W) versus the 40 um standard element. Drain type is a real decision: manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without that step. Gauge style and scale are selectable: an embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be added.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by opening the drain by hand on a maintenance schedule. The GFR600 is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank) if you prefer unattended condensate removal.
