The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJF2 is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 3/4 in PT port, a 40 um filter element, a manual drain and a metal bowl (aluminium alloy at this size). The built-in standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with the fitted square gauge reading in psi, and the unit is rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve are fitted on this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options alongside the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 3/4 in drop line leaving the compressor receiver, it removes condensed water and pipe scale and lets maintenance set a stable, reduced working pressure for the downstream ring main.
Feeding the air-powered clamps, tool-change actuators and purge jets of a machining centre, it keeps chips and moisture out of the machine's pneumatic panel while holding the pressure the machine builder specifies.
Placed ahead of the spray-gun supply in a finishing booth, it strips water and grit that would ruin a finish and lets the operator dial in the atomizing pressure at the booth wall.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the line: this is the 600 size with a 3/4 in PT port, the largest step in the family. Pick the drain to suit maintenance access: this unit has a manual drain, so someone must bleed the bowl; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if the point is hard to reach. The 40 um element fitted here is the standard grade; specify the W code for the 5 um grade where finer particulate protection matters. The square gauge is fitted in the psi scale, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. This variant is ordered without a mounting bracket, though brackets are available. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no honest single figure we can quote. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the metal bowl must be bled by hand, which suits points that are easy to reach on a maintenance round. If the unit will sit somewhere unattended or hard to access, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variant instead. The rest of the specification, including the 3/4 in PT port, 40 um element and psi square gauge, stays the same.
