The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2K is a 600-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a PT3/4 port, a metal bowl with a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the supply drops. No mounting bracket is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread form and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the shop-air feed to a machining centre: water and swarf-laden particulate are stripped out and the downstream pressure is set and held for the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps.
Feeding clean, regulated air to the pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main supply dips mid-shift.
Preparing the air feed to a body-shop spray booth: bulk water and grit are removed before the line, and the technician sets a stable, repeatable pressure at the gun from the psi gauge.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with a PT3/4 port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) for periodic draining, automatic or differential-pressure where the unit is hard to reach. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or the 5 um (W) element where finer filtration matters. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scale; an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added if the unit is not here without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 600-size, PT3/4 unit on request.
The manual drain means collected water is released by hand, which suits installations the operator can reach on a routine walk-round. If the unit will be mounted where draining is awkward, ask about the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants of the same GFR600 filter regulator.
