The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/4" is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJF2T is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 40 um element and holds a steady downstream pressure adjustable from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a standard (not low-pressure) regulator, no reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the air feed to spray guns in a refinish booth: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before the regulator holds a steady, manually set pressure at the gun manifold, with the psi gauge giving the painter a direct reading.
A point-of-use filter regulator ahead of the pneumatic cylinders and clamps on a corrugated carton-forming conveyor, keeping actuator pressure stable through the shift while the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line checks.
Mounted at the air drop feeding a CNC machining cell: filtration removes moisture and debris from the shop main, and the regulator sets the pressure the machine's pneumatic tool changer and clamping circuits were specified for.
Size and port set the capacity envelope: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range, so choose it when your line's air demand points to the top of the family; smaller 200/300/400 sizes cover lighter duty at 1/8 to 1/2 in ports. The manual drain (code M) means someone opens the drain by hand on a routine - a good fit where drops are checked daily; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain codes if the bowl is mounted where regular access is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um if finer particulate capture matters. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is built with NPT. A bracket is an option on this family, but this code omits it.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in this code means the bowl drain is opened by hand, so someone should bleed accumulated water on a routine basis. The GFR family also offers automatic (code A) and differential-pressure (blank, the default) drains on the same sizes if your installation cannot rely on regular manual draining.
