The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJF2WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) in place of the 40 um standard, drains the bowl manually, and is fitted with the embedded square gauge scaled in psi. With the manual drain fitted, the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 3/4 in branch feeding a spray booth or paint-mix area: the 5 um element strips water and particulate from the shop air while the regulator holds the supply pressure the booth controls were set up for, and the manual drain lets maintenance purge the aluminium bowl on a fixed schedule.
A workholding or fixture clamp circuit on a machining centre: this unit filters the incoming compressed air and sets a stable regulated pressure to the clamp cylinders, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct read of the set pressure at the panel.
A bottling or cartoning line where diverters, pushers and gripper cylinders run off a 3/4 in header: the GFR600 cleans the air ahead of the actuators and regulates the header pressure, and the 5 um grade suits lines where finer air quality protects valve spools and cylinder seals.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GFR range, with a 3/4 in port; step between 200, 300, 400 and 600 according to the flow your line needs. The choices that matter on this unit: drain type (manual here; automatic or differential-pressure are the alternatives), filter grade (5 um fitted here; 40 um is standard), gauge scale (psi here; MPa or bar also available), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and bracket (not included with the J code). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure for this unit. Send us the flow you need at your working pressure and we will confirm from the AirTAC datasheet whether the GFR600 with a 3/4 in port is the right size for your application.
This unit has the manual drain (code M): collected water must be purged from the aluminium bowl by hand on a maintenance schedule. The same model is also available with an automatic drain (A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default. Note that the regulation range depends on drain type: 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with the manual drain fitted here, versus 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the automatic or differential-pressure drain.
