The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJF3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This size 600 unit is configured with 3/4 in NPT ports, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and this code is supplied without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and we will provide the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to spray guns and air-activated equipment in a paint booth, where water carryover and particles in the shop supply would spoil finish quality.
Steady downstream pressure for the air cylinders that stop, index and divert containers on a filling or packaging conveyor, with the bowl catching line-scale water and dirt.
A single filter-regulator stage at the inlet of a machine's air preparation panel, feeding downstream valves and cylinders from one 3/4 in NPT supply.
Pick the size by the port and flow step: sizes 200 through 600 map to ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, with larger sizes carrying more flow - this unit is already the size 600, 3/4 in NPT configuration. Where a bowl is fitted you choose the drain: differential-pressure (the default), automatic, or manual as coded here, which suits installations where an operator can bleed the bowl on a schedule. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (code W) where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - bar on this unit), thread family (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options) and bracket inclusion are all set in the code. Because rated flow is published as curves rather than a single number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us for the datasheet and we will confirm the flow curve and check the sizing for your application on request.
This unit is coded M for a manual drain: an operator opens the drain to bleed collected water from the aluminium alloy bowl. Differential-pressure (the default) and automatic drains are available in the same family if you prefer not to drain by hand - order the corresponding code, noting the regulator adjustment range is split by drain type (manual: 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi; automatic and differential-pressure: 0.15-0.9 MPa / 20-130 psi).
