The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF3WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This 600-size unit is threaded NPT3/4, filters to 5 um (the fine grade; 40 um is the standard element), drains by hand through the manual drain, and carries the embedded square gauge scaled in bar. With the manual drain, the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No mounting bracket is fitted (code J) and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns and air-driven agitators in a paint booth line: the 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of the finish, and the regulator holds the gun supply at the pressure the coating spec calls for, read on the bar gauge.
Conditioning supply air to the directional valves and cylinders on a carton former or wrap line: water and debris are stripped out upstream of the valves, and setpoint pressure is locked so jaw and pusher strokes stay repeatable shift after shift.
Supplying pneumatic actuators and valve positioners on an analytical or dosing skid: the 5 um grade suits sensitive pilot stages, and the manual-drain regulator lets technicians set and verify instrument air pressure locally in bar.
Size and port set the capacity step: this is the 600 size with NPT3/4 ports, the largest step in the GFR range - step down to 200/300/400 if your circuit draws less air. Drain choice matters: manual means you bleed the aluminium bowl by hand, automatic drains condensate continuously, and the default is differential-pressure; manual also widens the regulating range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filtration is 5 um here versus the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. The square gauge reads in bar; MPa or psi scales and an external round gauge are order options. Thread is NPT; PT and G are catalogue options. No mounting bracket is fitted (code J). Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your port size and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
You drain accumulated condensate from the aluminium bowl by hand instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain. The manual-drain version also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulating range. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same size if you prefer hands-off drainage.
