The AirTAC GFR600C20MJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain for the aluminium alloy bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in bar, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is removed. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, PT, G or NPT threads, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop from a compressed-air ring main to a packaging machine's manifold, it cleans the supply of water and debris, holds a stable regulated pressure to the actuators, and the check valve keeps the circuit pressurised during brief upstream losses.
Mounted ahead of the solenoid valves on a conveyor's pneumatic drive circuit, it filters the shop air to 5 um, lets maintenance drain accumulated condensate manually at service intervals, and shows the regulated line pressure on the bar gauge.
Fitted upstream of the valve bank on an assembly station, it combines filtration and regulation in one body to save panel space, and the reverse/check valve prevents backflow through the unit when the station's air supply is isolated.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit; this unit is the largest GFR size, with a 3/4 in NPT port, and flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. The 5 um element (code W) suits circuits that need finer particulate capture than the standard 40 um grade; the manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain at intervals rather than relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism. The embedded square gauge reads in bar, with MPa and psi scales available on other variants, and an external round gauge is optional. The fitted reverse/check valve prevents backflow and holds the regulated pressure downstream. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard catalogue thread and G is also an order option. No mounting bracket is fitted on this variant.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact unit on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: accumulated condensate is drained by hand at intervals, instead of automatically. The W selects the 5 um filter element, the finer of the two catalogue grades (40 um is standard), for circuits that need cleaner air.
