The AirTAC GFR600C20MLC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MLC2G is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single size-600 body with G3/4 ports. This configuration carries the standard 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The bowl on size-600 units is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is configurable for drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 5 um filtration (code W), gauge style and scale, thread option (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket choice. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtered and regulated air for spray booths and paint lines, where the manual-drain bowl lets maintenance staff bleed accumulated condensate during scheduled shift checks.
Feeding clean, pressure-controlled air to the pneumatic cylinders that index, clamp and divert product on packaging and cartoning conveyors.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic actuated ball and butterfly valves on process skids, with the psi round gauge giving operators a local pressure readout at the manifold.
Size 600 with G3/4 ports is the largest step in the GFR range - choose it when your line's flow demand calls for 3/4 inch porting, and step down to 200/300/400 where smaller ports suffice. Drain type is a real decision: manual drain (this unit) means an operator bleeds the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle condensate without attention. The standard element is 40 um; specify 5 um (code W) only if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge style and scale are selectable - this unit carries a round gauge in psi; embedded square gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales are also available. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and NPT as an order option; a bracket is included.
Because published flow data takes the form of curves rather than one rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet; we will confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow performance as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by hand, which suits attended installations with scheduled maintenance. AirTAC also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains on GFR units if you need unattended condensate removal.
