The AirTAC GFR600C20MLC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MLC2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. This size-600 unit carries a 3/4 in PT port, a 40 um standard filter element and a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy. It is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi and a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket is included. Use it where compressed air must be cleaned of water and particulate and held at a stable, reduced working pressure downstream.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, G (BSPP) or NPT thread variants and bracket choices. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At the 3/4 in main drop feeding a packaging line's air manifold, this unit filters water and scale out of the shop supply and holds a steady reduced pressure to the machines, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks.
On a low-pressure clamping or press circuit, the regulator keeps actuator force consistent while the 40 um element stops particulate reaching the valve stack; the psi gauge gives operators a direct set-point readout.
Feeding conveyor blow-off nozzles and sensor purge lines, the unit cleans the supply and regulates it to the level the nozzles were set up for, and the reverse/check valve keeps the circuit charged through brief supply dips.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in PT port, the largest step in the family, so step down to 200/300/400 if your line runs smaller ports. Drain type is a real choice: manual (as here, which also widens the standard regulation range), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A reverse/check valve (K) holds downstream pressure if the supply drops.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, and the exact regulation span of the low-pressure type is not stated in the material we hold. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the right size and the datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate is emptied by hand, which suits attended installations and also gives the widest standard regulation span. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for reduced set pressures; its exact range is not published in our material, so we confirm it on request.
