The AirTAC GFR600C20MLC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MLC3WTK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filtering element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a low-pressure regulator type, an external round gauge with bar scale, and a reverse/check valve. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales, and thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-controlled air to spray booths and paint lines, where the 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of finishing air and the low-pressure regulator holds the circuit at reduced working pressure.
Sits at the drop point feeding cylinders and actuators on a packaging conveyor line, combining water/particulate removal and pressure regulation in one 3/4 in body so the machine gets one clean, regulated air take-off.
Used on a laboratory or pilot-plant air panel where the low-pressure regulator type, bar-scale round gauge and check valve give operators visible, controlled, hold-on-loss-of-supply air for bench experiments.
Size 600 is the largest step in the GFR range, carrying a 3/4 in port for higher-flow circuits; step down to 300 or 400 if your line runs smaller ports. This unit carries the 5 um element (code W) - choose it where downstream valves and instruments need finer filtration than the 40 um standard. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically; if you want automatic or differential-pressure draining instead, other GFR codes carry it. The low-pressure regulator type suits circuits held at reduced working pressure - we confirm its exact adjustment range from the datasheet on request. The round gauge reads in bar; square embedded gauges and MPa or psi scales are the other catalogue options. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G is also orderable. Bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens the bowl drain periodically to remove collected condensate (automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other GFR codes). The W in the code specifies the 5 um filtering element, finer than the 40 um standard, for circuits that protect sensitive downstream valves and instruments.
