The AirTAC GFR600C20MLF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MLF2TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, a metal bowl (aluminium alloy at size 600) with a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is built in. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the family include manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, PT, G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for the clutch, counterbalance and part-ejector circuits on a mechanical stamping press, with the 3/4 in port feeding a high-demand drop from the plant main.
Clean, pressure-controlled air to cylinders and diverters on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor line, where the manual drain lets maintenance bleed condensate at shift checks.
Conditioned air for tool-clamp, chip-blower and door-actuation circuits on a machining centre, with the reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure if the main supply dips.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as flow demand and port size grow; this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: manual drains need periodic bleeding, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filtration is 40 um standard here, with 5 um (code W) available where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scales come in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a square gauge in psi. Threads can be ordered in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl must be bled off by opening the drain valve periodically. The same family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains if you want condensate discharge without operator attention.
