The AirTAC GFR600C20MLF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MLF3TK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge with bar scale, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) filter element, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning at a 3/4 in branch off the main plant air header, cleaning and holding steady reduced pressure to a production cell with a manual drain tended during shift checks.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to a pneumatic press or clamping fixture circuit where the low-pressure regulator type suits the reduced working pressure the tooling requires.
Conditioning air for conveyor diverters, gate cylinders and stopper actuators on a packaging or material-handling line, with the reverse/check valve helping hold the set circuit.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs - this size 600 unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port for higher-flow circuits. Choose the drain to suit maintenance practice: manual drain (this unit) for attended draining, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or the differential-pressure default. Pick the 40 um standard element or the 5 um (W) option where finer filtration is required, and select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) that matches your instruments. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options; a no-bracket variant (code J) is also available.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, we cannot quote one number here - send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures and correct sizing before you order. Note this is the low-pressure type; ask us to confirm its adjustment range on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and check the sizing against your required flow before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl, which you drain by hand as part of routine maintenance. The same GFR600 body is also orderable with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (blank), and adjustment range differs by drain type - ask us to confirm details for the variant you need.
