The AirTAC GFR600C20MLJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20MLJC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one body with 3/4-inch NPT-threaded ports. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with a 5 um (code W) filter element, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a round MPa pressure gauge fitted, and a reverse (check) valve built in; it is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the largest G-series size (600). The same family is available as GF filters, GR regulators, GL lubricators, GFR filter regulators, GFC two-unit and GC three-unit combinations, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT thread as standard and G or NPT to order, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic actuators and grippers on a bottling or canning line, where a 3/4-inch supply point serves several downstream stations from one unit.
Supplying clean, pressure-controlled air to spray guns and air-driven equipment in a paint or coating booth, where the 5 um element helps keep water and particles out of the finish.
Setting supply pressure on circuits specified for the low-pressure regulator type - such as clamping fixtures, air tables or web-handling rollers - with the check valve protecting the set circuit.
Within GFR you choose size first: 200, 300, 400 or 600, each step up bringing a larger port (here 3/4 inch NPT) and greater flow capacity - match the size to the air your line needs, not to the pipe alone. Then set the options that matter: drain type (manual on this unit, with automatic and differential-pressure alternatives), filter grade (5 um with the W code, 40 um standard), gauge style and scale (this unit carries a round MPa gauge; the embedded square gauge and psi or bar scales are options), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket. As a low-pressure type, its adjustment range differs from the standard regulator - we will confirm the exact range from the datasheet on request. Flow itself is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing and the flow curve from the datasheet on request.
This unit's bowl has a manual drain: someone opens it periodically to release collected condensate. The automatic-drain option ejects water on its own, and a differential-pressure drain is the default - choose based on how often the installation is attended. Note this unit also carries the 5 um (W) element, finer than the 40 um standard, for cleaner air downstream.
