The AirTAC GFR600C20MLJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MLJF3TK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, a low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. The bowl at size 600 is aluminium alloy, and the mounting bracket is omitted (code J). Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and thread options, and an optional bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the gripper and pusher cylinders that move bottles between rinser, filler and capper on a bottling line, with the 3/4 in port feeding a main drop from the plant ring main.
Filtered and regulated air to the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate at shift start.
Supply air for diverter gates, stoppers and reject pushers on a packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the regulated circuit stable when upstream supply pressure fluctuates.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range - 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in - so choose the size whose published flow curve covers your demand. Drain is available as differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M); this unit is manual. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The embedded square gauge is standard (this unit scaled in bar) with an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) are catalogue options to order. Bracket is included by default and omitted with code J, as on this unit. The low-pressure regulator type (L) is for applications below the standard range - its adjustment range is not published, so confirm the set range with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure and the demand of the equipment downstream, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
Manual drain (code M) means condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by opening the drain by hand, which suits attended installations checked on a routine. The GFR series also offers a differential-pressure drain (default) and an automatic drain (code A) on other configurations, so you can move to hands-off drainage by selecting the matching code.
