Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 3/4 in branch feeding a production hall: water and scale are stripped from the compressed air and the downstream pressure is held at the low-pressure setting the cell requires.
Air feeding a bank of directional control valves passes through the 40 um element and is regulated to the actuator pressure, with the check valve holding the circuit against backflow.
Cylinders and air grippers on a packaging conveyor line draw filtered, regulated air through the 3/4 in NPT connection, with the manual-drain metal bowl emptied during scheduled checks.
Step up or down the size ladder (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; size 600 with the 3/4 in NPT port suits higher-flow branches. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) for attended draining, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or differential-pressure as the catalogue default.
