The AirTAC GFR600C20MNT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MNT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The aluminum alloy bowl is fitted at this size, a mounting bracket is included, and no gauge is supplied with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and thread options, and low-pressure variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed in the 3/4 in main drop to a machining center, it dries and cleans the air feeding tool clamps and pallet changers while holding a steady regulated pressure for the machine's pneumatic circuits.
Mounted at the head of a packaging conveyor's air leg, it conditions the supply to cylinders, diverters and baggers, with the manual drain bled during shift checks to keep condensate out of the actuators.
Fitted on 3/4 in drop legs across a factory floor, it gives each workstation filtered air and an adjustable, stable pressure setting for air tools, clamps and small pneumatic panels.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 - each step brings a larger port and more flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone. Choose the drain to suit attendance: manual drain (this model) needs someone to bleed the bowl, automatic drain suits unattended points, and differential-pressure drain is the default. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. A gauge can be ordered in the code (square embedded or optional round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) - this code has none fitted. Thread is stated here as NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is a catalogue option to order. A bracket is included with this code.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The N in GFR600C20MNT means no pressure gauge is supplied; gauge versions with an embedded square gauge or an optional round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales are available as separate codes. The M means a manual drain: the bowl is bled by hand, so choose an automatic-drain code instead for points that are not checked regularly.
