The AirTAC GFR600C20MNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20MNWT is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain on the bowl, a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and no gauge fitted. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of port size, PT / G / NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in main air drop feeding a CNC machining cell, it removes water and fine particulate from the shop air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the cell's valves and actuators; the manual drain is opened during scheduled checks.
Mounted on the supply leg of a cartoning and palletising line, it cleans the compressed air feeding cylinders and grippers and regulates the pressure that sets consistent handling at the pick-and-place stations.
Fitted ahead of spray guns and air-driven agitators in a paint booth, the 5 um element strips finer particles than the standard grade while the regulator holds the pressure the operator sets at the booth panel; the manual drain is bled off between shifts.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range; step up or down (200/300/400/600) according to the flow your line needs, and ask us to check the published flow curves against your demand before ordering. Drain choice matters: manual drain (as here) means an operator opens the bowl drain, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention - manual drain also widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The 5 um element (code W) suits applications needing finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard. No gauge is fitted on this unit; gauges can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scales. PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order; a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line's air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this exact 3/4 in NPT configuration before you order.
This unit has a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by opening the drain by hand, which suits lines with scheduled maintenance rounds. Automatic and differential-pressure drains are catalogue options on the GFR family if you want unattended condensate discharge, and the manual-drain version also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range.
