The AirTAC GFR600C20NT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20NT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and no pressure gauge is fitted with this code. The bowl on the 600 size is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um (code W) filter element, gauge and thread options, and a low-pressure regulator variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the supply at 3/4 in branch drops that feed impact tools, clamps and pneumatic presses along an automotive assembly line, with condensate handled by the differential-pressure drain.
Conditioning the air feeding directional valves and cylinders that divert, stop and index cartons on a packaging conveyor, keeping water and debris out of the valve train while holding a set working pressure.
Filtering and regulating shop air at the machine inlet on a CNC machining centre, protecting the machine's pneumatic circuits from particulate and moisture carried in the main supply line.
Size and port are the first choice: the 600 size with its 3/4 in NPT port suits lines with higher air demand, while smaller GFR sizes (200/300/400) cover lighter duty - match the size step to the flow your circuit needs. Drain type is a real decision: differential-pressure drain (this unit) needs no attention, automatic drain empties the bowl continuously, and manual drain suits supervised installations. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W if finer particulate capture is required. Gauge, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as options) and bracket choices are set by the trailing code positions.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures against the curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Contact us with your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 3/4 in, size 600 unit on request.
No gauge is fitted with this code, so you set the regulator against your own downstream gauge; gauge options are available elsewhere in the GFR range. The drain on this unit is differential-pressure type: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the 40 um element is sufficient, with no manual draining needed.
