The AirTAC GFR600C25AC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AC1TK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 1 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention, and an aluminium alloy bowl (size 600 bowls are metal; smaller GFR sizes use polycarbonate). A round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with a different drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), a 5 um element (code W), alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At the drop feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a paint line, the unit removes water and pipe scale from the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure, while the automatic drain clears condensate between shifts without an operator visit.
On a bottling or canning conveyor, the cylinders and air grippers that index, push and divert containers share one filtered, regulated supply; the 1 in NPT port suits a main header tap and the check valve holds the setting if upstream supply dips.
On the pneumatic panel serving clamps, tool-change cylinders and chip-blowoff nozzles in a machining cell, the unit conditions the shop air and regulates it to the circuit's setting, with the round MPa gauge giving the operator a direct pressure readout.
Start with the port and size step: GFR comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and this unit is the largest, size 600, with a 1 in NPT port - step up a size when your line needs more flow capacity, and match the thread to your piping (PT is the standard; G/BSPP and NPT are orderable options, as on this NPT unit). Choose the drain: automatic (this unit) suits points you cannot visit often, manual suits attended stations, and the differential-pressure default drains only when the pressure drop warrants it. Choose the element grade: 40 um is standard, 5 um (code W) where finer protection is needed. Pick the gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar - and note the reverse/check valve (fitted here, code K) and the included bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 1 in NPT, size 600 unit on request before you order.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is expelled without anyone opening it, which suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations. The same GFR600 unit can be ordered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (blank) instead, and with a 5 um element (W), another gauge scale, or a G/BSPP thread in place of NPT.
