Installation guidelines:
Use M10 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with anti-vibration washers.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment.
Apply EP2 grease to rod surface monthly in high-dust environments.
Critical notes:
Requires 5μm filtered compressed air with automatic drain.
Avoid lateral forces exceeding 30N on piston rod.
For vertical mounting, install rod-down position only.
