The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-15 Filter (GF30015) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1/2" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF30015 is an AirTAC G-series GF air filter: filtration only, removing water and particulate from the compressed-air line, with no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This size 300 body has a PT1/2 in port, the standard 40 um element and the catalogue-default differential-pressure drain. The polycarbonate bowl collects condensate, a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum working pressure at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF filter family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic (A) or manual (M) drain, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fit on the air drop serving a stamping press so the 40 um element catches water and rust particles before they reach the directional valves and press cylinders.
Install upstream of the divert and gate cylinders along a bottling conveyor line, keeping condensate out of the valves that index containers down the line.
Use on the branch feeds of a maintenance shop ring main, filtering the air that powers impact wrenches, air ratchets and other hand-held pneumatic tools.
Match the GF size to your line: 200 (1/8-1/4 in), 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (1/2-3/4 in) or 600 (3/4-1 in), checking the published flow curve rather than assuming from port alone. This unit uses the standard 40 um element; the W-coded 5 um grade is available on the same body if finer filtration is needed. Drain choices are the default differential-pressure type, automatic (A) or manual (M). Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable as catalogue options, and the included bracket can be omitted with the J suffix. Flow appears only as curves in the datasheet, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes G-series filter flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one headline number. Tell us your working pressure and consumption and we will confirm the datasheet curve and whether size 300 is the right step for your application.
The catalogue default is a differential-pressure drain. Code A specifies an automatic drain that discharges condensate without operator attention, and code M is a manual drain emptied by hand. The drain is chosen when ordering and is fitted in the bowl of the filter.
