The AirTAC AirTAC GL300-15 Lubricator (GL30015) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT1/2" ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The GL30015 is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator. Its one job is oil-mist lubrication: it adds a controlled mist of oil to a compressed-air line so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools keep working lubricated. It does no filtering and no pressure regulation. This 300-size unit has PT 1/2 in ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT versions are order options), a transparent PC bowl for at-a-glance oil level checks, and a mounting bracket as standard. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. G-series lubricators are available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with or without a mounting bracket (J) and with PT, G or NPT threads, so the unit can be matched to the line it feeds. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL300 | G-series air lubricator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds oil mist to impact wrenches and nut runners on an automotive assembly line, so the tools keep receiving lubricated air through the 1/2 in supply line.
Lubricates the vane air motors that drive belt conveyors in packaging and bottling plants, protecting them through continuous shifts.
Sits in the 1/2 in supply to pneumatic clamps and press cylinders on production fixtures, keeping seals and moving parts lubricated.
Pick the size by the line it feeds: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this 300 size runs PT 1/2 in ports. Choose the thread - PT as standard, or order G (BSPP) or T (NPT) if your pipework needs it. A code without J includes the mounting bracket; add J to omit it. Flow for this series is published as curves, not as a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your actual air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves, not as one rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Tell us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the curve and the sizing from the datasheet on request.
A GL adds oil mist only - no filter, no regulator. Choose it when the air is already filtered and regulated upstream and only lubrication is missing. If you need all three functions, the GC three-unit F.R.L. set combines a separate filter, regulator and lubricator.
