The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300C10C2GK Filter Regulator, G3/8 port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10C2GK is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a regulated downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a G3/8 (3/8 in) port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a polycarbonate bowl (300 size), a round external gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse (check) valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air drop that feeds tool-clamp and coolant-door cylinders on a CNC machining centre, keeping water and scale in the mill supply out of the actuators.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the stopper and pusher cylinders that divert cartons along a packaging conveyor line, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit while upstream supply fluctuates.
Conditioning the air that drives pneumatic butterfly and ball-valve actuators on a food or beverage process line, holding a steady set pressure for repeatable valve stroking.
Size the unit by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and this 300-size unit sits at 3/8 in with a G thread (PT is the standard thread form; G and NPT are order options). Choose the drain - differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic (A) or manual (M) - and the filtration grade: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scales, and the bracket can be omitted with code J. Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries the differential-pressure drain, the default option in the GFR family. If your application suits automatic (code A) or manual (code M) draining instead, both are available in the same 300 size.
