The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300C10F2T Filter Regulator, NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines water-and-particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one 3/8 in connection cleans the air and sets a stable downstream pressure in the same step. This configuration, GFR300C10F2T, is the 300 size with NPT 3/8 porting, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, and a fitted square gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation on a machining centre's pneumatic circuits: the 40 um element removes water and swarf-carried particulate before the regulator sets the pressure feeding tool-clamp and chip-clearing actuators.
Feeding the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming or case-packing conveyor line, where the filter-regulator keeps a steady set pressure to the actuators while the differential-pressure drain handles condensate from the main ring main.
Protecting and regulating the air supply to a directional-valve manifold on an automated assembly station, with the square psi gauge giving operators a local reading of the set pressure at the manifold.
Start with the port and size step: the 300 size carries 3/8 in ports here, and the practical rule is to step up a size when your line's flow demand sits near the top of a smaller unit's curve. Choose the drain to match how the unit is tended: differential-pressure (this model) drains automatically as the element loads, the A option drains automatically on a cycle, and the M option is a manual drain for attended installations. Filtration is 40 um as standard; specify the W code for 5 um when downstream valves or instruments need finer protection. Gauge style and scale are selectable (this unit carries the square gauge in psi), the thread here is NPT with PT and G available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number, Cv or SCFM value. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and approximate air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
This model has the differential-pressure drain as standard: condensate collected in the bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, with no operator attention. If your installation is unattended for long periods or has heavy condensate loads, the automatic (A) drain is the alternative; the manual (M) drain suits attended installations where an operator can bleed the bowl routinely.
