The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300C10LJC2T Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines a compressed-air filter and a pressure regulator in one body: water and particulate are stripped from the air, and the outlet pressure is set downstream of the filter element. This GFR300C10LJC2T is the size 300 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, and comes without a mounting bracket or a reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter-regulator line runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, and G, NPT or PT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a spray line, the element knocks water and pipe scale out of the air ahead of the gun manifold, while the low-pressure regulator type is intended for circuits set well below standard regulator ranges.
Filtered, regulated air to a machine-tool clamping fixture: the 40 um element keeps condensate and rust particles away from the clamp cylinder and valves, and the regulator holds the clamping pressure at the set value.
A drop feeding the cylinders and pilot valves on a packaging line: clean, regulated air at the machine, with the round psi gauge letting operators check and reset the setting in familiar units.
Size and port step up together: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover ports from 1/8 to 1 in, so the right size is the one whose flow curve covers your air consumption, not simply the largest port that fits. This unit is already fixed at size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port. The remaining real choices are the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual), the element grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), the gauge (embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales), the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and whether a mounting bracket is wanted. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type: its setpoint range differs from the standard type and the exact figures are not published, so confirm the range with us against your set pressure. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curve for this exact size 300, 3/8 in unit before you order.
This code includes the external round gauge with a psi scale (code C2). The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and round gauges are available in MPa, psi or bar scales, so a different scale can be specified in the code if you prefer.
