The AirTAC GFR300C10AC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10AC1T is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and the standard regulator type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um optional filter grade, and square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, pressure-controlled air to the tool-change and clamping circuits of a machining centre, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the supply between shifts.
Conditioning the air feeding pneumatic cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, where the filter element protects valve spools and the regulator holds a stable set pressure.
Installed at a drop leg off the main header to serve a work cell, combining water and particulate removal with local pressure adjustment at the point of use instead of at the compressor room.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in port suits lines that need more flow than the 200 size but not the capacity of the 400 or 600 steps - pick the size step against the flow your circuit demands, and we will confirm the curve figures before you order. The automatic drain on this unit suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; choose manual drain where you prefer controlled, scheduled blowdown, or the differential-pressure default where drain triggering on pressure drop is acceptable. The 40 um grade is the standard element; specify the W option for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed.
This unit is ordered with an NPT thread; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available as an order option. It comes with a round MPa gauge fitted and a mounting bracket included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without operator attention - useful for unattended or hard-to-access installations. The GFR300 series is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure drain as the default; those are separate order codes.
