The AirTAC GFR300C10AC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AC2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with a 40 um element, drains condensate automatically, and holds your set downstream pressure within a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration is sized for a 3/8 in port with G (BSPP) thread, carries a round psi gauge for direct setpoint reading, and includes a reverse/check valve plus a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread choices of PT (standard), G and NPT, manual or automatic drain, a 5 um element option (code W), and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pick-and-place cylinders and valve manifolds on a carton or blister packaging line, with automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Supplying a machining-centre clamping fixture where the operator sets and reads holding pressure on the psi gauge and the check valve holds the circuit against upstream dips.
Regulating air to sorter diverters, stop gates and pusher cylinders along a conveyor line, with the 40 um element protecting downstream directional valves from water and debris.
Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow path your line needs; this size 300 unit takes a 3/8 in connection. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this unit, for unattended condensate removal), manual, or the differential-pressure default. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is required. Gauges are available embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are included on this configuration. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your actuators need, and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code fitting the drain position means condensate is discharged automatically from the bowl, which suits units mounted in awkward or unattended spots. Manual drain (code M) is the choice where you prefer an operator to drain at known intervals; the catalogue default is differential-pressure drain. Note the regulation range for automatic and differential-pressure drain versions is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
