The AirTAC GFR300C10AC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10AC3WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds the downstream pressure at your setpoint in one body. This size 300 unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At this size the bowl is polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um or 5 um element, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining center, where the 5 um element and a stable set pressure protect the directional valves from water and scale carried in the shop air.
Supplying the pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the regulator set to the pressure the machine builder specifies and the automatic drain clearing condensate through long, unattended runs.
Conditioning the air to spray guns in a paint finishing booth, where water and particulate in the gun air would spoil the finish; the 5 um element and the regulated setpoint are the working combination at the booth panel.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: sizes 200 through 600 step up from 1/8 to 1 in, and the published flow curves - not a single rating - are what you should size against, so send us your demand and we will confirm the fit. On this unit the drain is automatic (code A); manual (M) and differential-pressure (no code) versions of the same size can be ordered if you prefer a different drain style. The 5 um element (W) suits finer air quality; the 40 um standard element is the usual choice for general plant air. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round gauge with a bar scale. PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) and NPT are order options; this unit is NPT. A bracket is included, and a J-suffix version without a bracket exists.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your flow demand and working pressure and we will confirm against the datasheet whether this size 300, 3/8 in unit is the right selection before you order.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without anyone opening the bowl. The same GFR300 size is also available with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (no code), and with the 40 um standard element instead of the 5 um W element - ask us for the variant you need.
