The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC1TK is a GFR300-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has 3/8 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain on the bowl, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and the unit comes without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and bracket options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the tool-change clamps and pneumatic actuators on a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the main supply dips.
Point-of-use preparation for the diverters, pushers and seal cylinders on a carton packaging line, with the automatic drain coping with a bowl that is not checked every shift.
Filtered, regulated air at individual workbench drops in an assembly plant, giving operators a stable set pressure read locally on the fitted MPa gauge.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with 3/8 in NPT ports, and the GFR range steps through sizes 200/300/400/600, so move up or down a size if your line port or air demand differs - we will check the flow curve against your consumption before you order. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as here) suits units that are hard to reach, manual suits attended stations, and differential-pressure is the default. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer pre-filtration is needed. The gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this unit is NPT), and brackets are optional (this unit has none).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate without anyone opening the bowl - useful for out-of-the-way installations. The GFR300 is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure default drain, and the regulator adjustment range depends on the drain type fitted.
