The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AJC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and steps the downstream pressure to the level your equipment needs. This configuration carries a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that clears collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl on its own, and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). It is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without a mounting bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed ahead of the air cylinders on a stamping or assembly press, the 5 um element strips water and grit from the shop air while the regulator holds a steady working pressure for consistent ram action.
Feeds diverters, clampers and seal jaws on a packaging conveyor, keeping the supplied air filtered and stepping the header pressure down to the level the actuators were designed to run at.
Mounted at the drop feeding spray guns in a paint booth, it removes moisture and particles that would spoil a finish and lets the operator set gun pressure on the round MPa gauge.
Choose the size by the port and flow step your line needs: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 map to progressively larger ports and more flow, with this unit at 3/8 in NPT. Pick the drain to match your maintenance habits - automatic (this unit) suits points nobody drains by hand, manual suits attended stations, and differential-pressure is the series default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, fitted here) where finer particulate removal matters. Gauges are the embedded square type or an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration carries a round MPa gauge. Threads come as PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT (this unit), and a mounting bracket is optional - this configuration omits it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no honest one-line figure we can quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code means the bowl drain is automatic: collected condensate is discharged from the bowl on its own instead of waiting for someone to open a manual drain. The same GFR300 series is also available with manual or differential-pressure drains if that suits your maintenance routine better.
