The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AJC2G is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This configuration is built with a G3/8 (3/8 in) G-thread port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without operator attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and an external round gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); no reverse/check valve is fitted and the unit is ordered without a mounting bracket. The bowl is metal. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Rated flow is published only as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining cell, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the bowl during unattended shifts.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the pick-and-place cylinders and grippers on a bottling or carton packaging line, where the 40 um element helps protect seals from water and particulate.
Point-of-use conditioning at workstations in an assembly plant, giving operators a stable downstream pressure set on the psi gauge for air tools and small actuators.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port (here 3/8 in, G thread) against the flow your line needs; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (as fitted here) empties the bowl on its own, manual needs an operator, and the differential-pressure default drains only when the pressure drop across the element demands it. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauge scale can be ordered as MPa, psi or bar; thread can be ordered as PT (the standard), G or NPT; and a mounting bracket is optional (this unit is ordered without one). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing for your application.
The A in the code orders the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The same GFR300 body can be ordered with a manual drain or with the differential-pressure drain as the default, and the regulation range differs by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the automatic or differential-pressure drain, and 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual.
