The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC3T is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the 300 size with NPT3/8 ports, an automatic drain, a 40 um filter element, a metal bowl, a fitted round gauge reading in bar, a standard regulator and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed ahead of the clamping cylinders on a CNC machining cell, it strips water and carried-over condensate from shop air and holds a steady clamp pressure so workholding does not drift during a cut.
On a parcel-sortation conveyor it feeds the diverter gates and pop-up wheels, keeping the switching cylinders supplied with clean, regulated air so parcels divert on the first stroke.
Fitted on the air drop feeding a carton-sealer's jaw cylinders, it removes moisture that would gum valve seats and sets the jaw pressure for consistent seals across the shift.
Choose the size by port and flow: 200 covers 1/8-1/4 inch ports, 300 covers 1/4-1/2, 400 covers 1/2-3/4 and 600 covers 1 inch - step up a size when your line needs more flow. On this 300 unit the drain is automatic (code A), so condensate is expelled without daily attention; manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) versions are also available in the family. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify W for the 5 um grade when finer particle capture matters. The fitted gauge here is the external round type with a bar scale; the embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales are the alternatives. The thread is NPT (code T); PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also orderable, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact 3/8 inch unit before you order.
Code A fits the automatic drain: collected condensate is expelled without manual attention, and with this drain the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The GFR family also offers manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains if your maintenance routine prefers them.
