The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10AJC3WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This 300-size unit is threaded NPT3/8 (3/8 in), carries a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), drains condensate automatically, and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinder and gripper circuits of a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from particulate and the automatic drain handling condensate through long shifts.
Supplying regulated air to clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, where the round bar gauge lets the operator read and hold the clamp pressure setting at the machine.
Point-of-use preparation on a workshop air drop serving impact wrenches and air ratchets, filtering water and debris out of the shop supply and regulating pressure to suit the tools.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in), set against the air demand of the circuit; the drain type (differential-pressure as standard, automatic as on this unit, or manual, which also widens the regulating range to 0.05-0.9 MPa); the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with W); the gauge (embedded square as standard, external round optional, scaled in MPa, psi or bar); the thread (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options such as the NPT fitting on this unit); and the bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
This configuration carries code A, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention. The alternatives are the differential-pressure drain (the series default) and the manual drain (code M); note that the manual-drain version also regulates from 0.05 MPa (7 psi) instead of 0.15 MPa (20 psi). Ask us if you need the drain type changed.
