The AirTAC GFR300C10AJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This configuration is built around a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain (code A), a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve (code K). No mounting bracket is included (code J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The size 300 bowl is polycarbonate (the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar) and PT or NPT threads to order. Flow and other datasheet figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions the air feeding clamp and tool-change cylinders on a machining center: the 5 um element strips water and particulate before they reach the valves, while the regulator holds a steady setpoint for repeatable clamping.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to carton-forming and sealing actuators on a packaging line, with the automatic drain clearing bowl condensate at a point nobody has to walk round to service each shift.
Conditions the air feeding spray guns in a paint or coating booth, using the 5 um element ahead of the gun supply and the regulator to hold the pressure the booth recipe calls for.
Step through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match port size and the flow your line needs; this unit sits at size 300 with a 3/8 in G-thread port. Choose the drain to suit the installation: automatic (this unit) where condensate should be handled without attendance, manual (M) at supervised points, or the differential-pressure drain that is the default when no drain letter appears. Pick the element: 40 um standard, or 5 um (W, this unit) where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit reads psi) and the series accepts PT, G or NPT threads to order, with brackets optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
A is the automatic drain: condensate collected in the bowl is discharged without anyone having to operate a manual drain. The same series is also available with a manual drain (M) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default when no drain letter appears.
