The AirTAC GFR300C10AJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10AJF3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air at the standard 40 um grade, drains collected condensate automatically, and regulates downstream pressure with the standard-type regulator over a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve (code K), and ships without a mounting bracket (code J). The port is 3/8 in with NPT thread, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of port sizes and PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, gauge scale options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining cell, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the supply at the machine.
Conditions the air feeding conveyor diverters, sealing jaws and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line, holding a steady set pressure so actuator stroke behaviour stays repeatable through the shift.
Sits at the inlet of a bench-mounted pneumatic press or workholding fixture, where the operator sets the working pressure on the bar-scaled square gauge and the check valve holds the circuit against upstream loss.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. For the drain, automatic (as fitted here) empties the bowl without operator attention, manual requires periodic draining, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge is standard, with an external round gauge optional and MPa, psi or bar scales to choose from. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. A mounting bracket is optional; this configuration omits it (code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing for you on request.
This configuration carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The GFR family is also available with a manual drain (code M) for attended installations, or with the differential-pressure drain as the default. The 40 um filtration grade fitted here is the standard; a 5 um element is available as code W if the circuit needs finer filtration.
